Welcome to the PacificCard™ Ticket Tracking System

The PacificCard™ Ticket Tracking System can be used to create and manage support requests for Security, Merchant Programs, Department or general card related issues.

You can quickly submit a support request by sending us an email at support@pacificcard.zendesk.com where a ticket will automatically be generated and entered into the system.

You may also click on the Forums tab above to find resolution to common issues and see Announcements regarding the exciting things the PacificCard™ Office is bringing to the University.
